Some of you personally know Sarge and know what a terrific motivator he is, how dedicated he can be, in addition to being an all around wonderful and uplifting person! For those of you that have yet to meet Roy Lewis, I hope you take advantage of his services as well as get to know what an awesome power he can be in your life. I'm not saying that you will be walking across hot coals after 10 weeks but I can say that you will probably think that you can! Roy has many different game faces and most of you know him as Boot Camp Sarge!

He definitely has "skills" and being an ARMY Drill Sergeant by trade does have its advantages during these sessions but please don't be thrown off by his boot camp face. I have trained one on one with Roy and know what a kind, caring and truly motivating personal he is. He wants you to get the most out of yourself and he adapts to your individual style for the more personalized training. Don't get me wrong, if you're expecting ice cream and a foot rub during training, you may want to consider a SPA instead...this is training! Roy is by far one of the most sought after instructors at any of the YMCAs for most any class.

I personally haven't seen him do a SPIN class but I have seen him in those Yellow and Black "hornet" spandex bike shorts...that's enough to get you running if nothing else! If you or anyone that you know wants to take their training to a new level, needs a boost to get back to it, is a beginner and wants someone to get them out of the rut, or just wants to start seeing a change - please call Roy and get started!! Please pass this along to anyone you think would be interested...and no, I don't get a referral fee. I truly believe in Sergeant Roy!!
