Directions 1: Take I-77 South to the Morehead Street exit turn LEFT on to Morehead Street. Go straight for about a mile the Dowd YMCA will be on your RIGHT.

Directions 2: Take I-77 North to the Morehouse Street exit - Make a LEFT on to Morehead Street- Go down about 3 traffic lights (you will pass the Panthers stadium on your LEFT) after the third light (crossing South Tryon) the Dowd YMCA will be down on your RIGHT.

• Dress for the cool weather; options are to dress down for warm weather
• Bring water/towel
• Be on time and ready for training at 5:45 a.m. (Meet at the school; NOT at the YMCA).
• Notify instructor if days are to be missed due to work conflicts

• Every one must sign the Health and Liability forms before beginning training.

• This program is purely for fitness and mental fitness development.
• Training will be conducted outside everyday
• Rain or shine
• Participants may resign from training at any time.
• Safety will be utilized at all times
• Participants will notify the trainer of all and any emergencies that may occur.
• Participants will take full responsibility for their overall safety.
• Participants will take full responsibility for any or all injuries that might occur.
• Participants do not have to participate in any exercises or activities that they deem to be hazardous.
• Participants must be on time each session; ready to train.
