Directions 1: Take I-77 North to the Tyvola road exit (go in the direction of South Park Mall) at the intersection of Tyvola and Park Road make a right turn on to Park Road. Go about 3 miles to the next intersection and go STRAIGHT across. You will see the Quail Hollow shopping center on your right. Go to the next light and make a LEFT on to Smithfield Church Road. The school parking lot will be located on the left.

Directions 2: Take I-77 South to Exit 2/Arrowood Rd - Make a LEFT on to Arrowood Road - Go about a half mile to make a slight right turn on to Hebron Street - Go for about a mile to the end to make a RIGHT on to South Blvd. Go to the next light to make a LEFT on to Sharon Road W. Go for about two miles to the THIRD traffic light to make a RIGHT on to Park Road. Go to the next light to make a LEFT on to Smithfield Church Road. The school parking lot will be on your LEFT.

• Teams will consist of 4 personel from 3 categories.

1. Coed - 3 female and 1 male
2. Males - 4 males
3. Females - 4 females

• Teams MUSTcompete in all four days of the bootcamp competition
• Team rosters are final upon submission; substitutions are NOT allowed after the 2nd day of competition.
• All team members must compete in every event during the competition
• Should a conflict arise such as an injury or a team member is absent the remaining team members must compensate for the missing member and complete the event.
• In the spirit of good sportsmanship all teams MUST complete each event without cheating changing the rules.
• Points will be issued per event and the total points will be calculated on the last day to determine the winners of the competition.
• Every one must sign the Health and Liability forms before beginning the competion

• This program is purely for fitness and mental fitness development.
• Training will be conducted outside everyday
• Rain or shine
• Participants may resign from training at any time.
• Safety will be utilized at all times
• Participants will notify the trainer of all and any emergencies that may occur.
• Participants will take full responsibility for their overall safety.
• Participants will take full responsibility for any or all injuries that might occur.
• Participants do not have to participate in any exercises or activities that they deem to be hazardous.
• Participants must be on time each session; ready to train.
